The Los Angeles Clippers and Toronto Raptors have agreed to finalize a blockbuster trade that sends Kawhi Leonard back to Toronto.
According to RealGM Wiretap, the Raptors will acquire Leonard in exchange for Brandon Ingram, Gradey Dick, two unprotected first-round draft picks, and two second-round draft picks. The two franchises are set to hold an official trade call with the NBA league office to formalize the transaction.
The framework of the deal was initially reached on June 30. However, the agreement was paused before being formalized while the NBA concluded an investigation into potential salary cap circumvention involving Leonard and the Clippers.
