Three-time NBA champion JaVale McGee has officially signed with the Shanghai Sharks, as reported by BasketNews.
The addition unites McGee with guard D'Angelo Russell, creating an experienced former NBA tandem in China. Russell's move to Shanghai came earlier this week after the Memphis Grizzlies waived him on September 25.
While both players have extensive NBA experience across several of the same franchises, this will be their first time sharing the floor as teammates.
