Hugo Gonzalez Unfazed by Celtics Offseason Trade Rumors

Hugo Gonzalez has made it clear that hearing his name in Boston Celtics trade talks throughout the offseason did not rattle him.
Speaking to CLNS Media, in comments reported by BasketNews, the Spanish player explained that the possibility of being dealt is simply a reality every newcomer must accept upon entering the league.
"I mean, it's just something that you know when you're going to the NBA, you know that you can get traded," Gonzalez said. "I wouldn't be the first person to get traded or the last person to get traded. Something that you got to know when you get to the NBA, when you get to the league, is that your contract can be traded, and it's part of the [business]."
Rather than letting the external noise become a distraction, Gonzalez remains focused on his situation in Boston and the realities of his professional career.
