A company tied to the forward completed a $13.5 million acquisition of an estate in Pinecrest ahead of his debut season with the team, according to reporting from BasketNews citing real estate publication The Real Deal.
The residence spans nearly 12,000 square feet and includes eight bedrooms, 10 full bathrooms, and two half-bathrooms. The property listing details a media room, a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, and a detached guest house.
The estate is situated north of Deering Bay and west of Gables by the Sea.
